The long awaited 2019-2020 fixtures have been released for both the Saint’s senior teams. Each team faces a tough challenge following a double promotion year but the coaches and players are chomping at the bit to get started.

Pre-Season training has included workshops from Bristol Bears players Jake Armstrong, Jake Woolmore, Callum Sheedy, Piers O’ Conor and George Kloska as the team continues to be led by the vision and hard work from Head Coach Joe Batley.

A game that stands out for the 1XV is the first home game of the season against newly promoted Fairford on 21st September. Saints will be targeting this game for a big win not only due to it being the first home game but it also being the day of our first Club Social which will be held at the clubhouse after the game.

This season Saints have entered the level 9 County Vase which is a national competition. Brendans have received a bye in the first round which means they go straight through to the quarter finals which will be played on Saturday 2nd Nov with the opposition yet to be confirmed. The final of this competition is played at Twickenham.

Training continues to ramp up with the start of season just under a month away. Training is held at 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Coombe Dingle Sports complex and Brendans welcomes new players of all standards.
