Player Registration and Payment – Important Changes

From this season, all player registrations and annual subscription payments will be made only through the RFU Game Management System (GMS).
Pitchero will no longer be used for any registrations or payments.

For Existing Members
• Log in to the RFU GMS.
• Re-register your child for the new season.
• After registration, go back into your child’s account, select Buy Membership, and complete payment.

For New Members
• A registration guide will be available for a short time on the Pitchero website and then available by new medium (more to come).
• Your age grade coach can also provide the guide.

Payment Information
• All payments are made in the GMS via Buy Membership.
• Under 6 and Under 7: No charge, but purchase of the subscription is still required.
• You must register your child before purchasing a membership.

Important
• Any player not registered and approved on the GMS will not be insured and cannot play until this process is completed.
• Please complete registration and payment before the season starts.

Season Dates
• Training starts: Sunday 31 August
• Official start: Sunday 7 September

• Register early to ensure your child is eligible to play.
