Tonight we have 2 guest coaches at training - Jack Cosgrove (Bristol Bears and Scotland U20s) and Harry Randall (Bristol Bears and England U20s). They'll be helping players with position specific coaching. Coombe Dingle 3G from 7pm.

Alongside this, we have our pre season fixtures and sessions confirmed.

16th August: Joint session with Broad Plain, 7pm at Coombe Dingle

23rd August: Match vs Old C's. 7pm, Coombe Dingle

28th August: Match vs Old E's. 7pm, Coombe Dingle
