U11 fixtures expected to finish @ 2pm followed by 'Premiership Final' Core Values Prize Draw – From pavilion balcony (weather permitting)
FESTIVAL RULES OF PLAY
Under 11's
Playing Numbers: 9-a-side half pitch
14 minute games, no halftime, rolling replacements
Max 70mins of playing time per young player to be managed by club coaches using player time sheet
Scrum: 3 player scrum (nearest, no push, hookers can strike for the ball)
Ruck & Maul: Contest max 2 players v 2 players
Kicking: All rules apply
Lineout: Free Pass 5m in from touchline, defenders back 5m
No penalties (free-kick only)
No conversions
Team being scored against will receive a drop-kick restart to travel more than 7m. Kick again is the only option.
All other laws apply
U11s to play 6 fixtures of 14mins
EVENT CAR PARKING
We strongly advise parents to park at Ashton Gate Stadium and car share up to Failand as limited parking is available. Please use the Ashton Road car park at Ashton Gate Stadium (BS3 2EJ) which is 3 miles (6mins) away from BGS Sports Ground.
BGS Sports Ground car park will be used as a drop off area. Once you have dropped passengers off please park in the QEH Sports Ground Car Park (100 yards along the road on the left). Once parked you will need to cross Clevedon Road into Firebrands Hockey Club and walk through to BGS Sports Ground (map attached).
DO NOT park on the grass verges of Clevedon Road.
DO NOT walk along Clevedon Road.
Staff will be present in both BGS and QEH car parks to direct you.
Beggar Bush Lane Car Park will be CLOSED!
Departures will use the same process (pick up car from QEH Car Park & pick up passengers from BGS Car Park).
