St Brendan's Old Boys R.F.C. is a member of the Bristol Rugby Combination and affiliated to the RFU and the SCRFU.

St Brendan's offers young boys and girls the opportunity to learn and play rugby within a positive and friendly atmosphere.

Mini and Junior Rugby, boys and girls from School years 1(age 6) to 11

- tag rugby for U7 and U8 non-contact
- RFU qualified and child protection certified coaches
- Sunday mornings at 11am to 12.30 pm at Coombe Dingle Sports Complex

Mini, Junior and Senior Rugby

All are welcome to join the St Brendan's Old Boys R.F.C. It gives young boys and girls the opportunity to learn to play rugby, the worlds foremost field team sport, at all ages beginning at school year 1 (age 6 yrs), where in the first years, the skills of passing and working as a team are learnt in a non-contact form. This is known as "tag"  rugby, not until year 4 do the teams learn the art of contact. We not only promote a team spirit but also engage with the players to insure their enjoyment of the game with our dedicated coaches

As the years go by it is hoped that players join our first team to play in the local league. Even with the possibility of promotion to a higher league!
